IamReconcile.com is the official site of the artist Reconcile and is run by Revolutionaries, LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and our booking email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Booking and contact forms. When you send a booking request or message, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, organization, event type, date, city, budget and any notes.
Email. If you email us at bookreconcile@gmail.com or reply to a message from us, we keep that correspondence.
Business contact details for outreach. To find booking opportunities, we review publicly listed events and the public business contact details of their organizers (for example, a festival’s booking email). We use these only to send a short, relevant booking inquiry.
Basic site data. Like most websites, our server and WordPress record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited. The site uses cookies needed for it to work. Embedded content, such as YouTube videos and Instagram posts, may set its own cookies under those companies’ policies.
How we use it
To answer booking requests and plan events. To send booking inquiries to event organizers; every outreach email includes a one-click way to opt out, and we honor opt-outs permanently. To run, secure and improve the site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site and our email: our web host (GoDaddy), Google (Gmail, which sends our email, and Search Console), and Anthropic, an AI provider that helps us draft replies and research opportunities. A person on our team reviews every booking decision. These providers process information only to deliver their service to us.
Google user data
The site connects to our own Gmail account (bookreconcile@gmail.com) only to send email on our behalf, such as booking replies and notifications. We do not read, store, or share data from any visitor’s Google account. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
We keep booking correspondence while it is useful for planning and record keeping, and we delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
Opt out of outreach: use the link at the bottom of any outreach email, or reply “unsubscribe”.
Access or deletion: email bookreconcile@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
