PRIDE
“Pride goes before destruction, and an arrogant spirit before a fall.”
Pride is the sin that convinces you you don't have it. It's the reason you won't apologize, won't ask, won't admit you're drowning. It'll let you lose your marriage, your kids, your integrity, anything but the appearance of having it together. The ego that got you a little attention will strangle the calling if you let it. Get low on purpose, today, before life does it for you. God only builds on humble ground.

Maybe you have never actually come home to Him. It is simpler than religion made it. Admit you cannot fix yourself. Believe Jesus already did what you could not, took the weight and beat the grave. Then talk to Him like He is real, because He is: God, I am done running. I believe You. Take what I have got left and make me new. That is the door. If you prayed that and meant it, tell one believer today and find a church that preaches the real thing. You do not clean up first. You come as you are, mud and all.
